Baptismal font made of cast iron in 1502 with a Latin inscription on it naming the date and the donors noted in LEX [https://lex.dk/Sankt_Peders_Kirke_-_Næstved] [accessed 16 April 2026]: ''Døbefonten fra 1502 er støbt af jern. Font noted also in the entry for this church in the Danish Wikipedia [https://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sankt_Peders_Kirke_(Næstved)] [accessed 16 April 2026] dates the choir stalls and the font to the same period: "to rækker korstole fra ca. 1500, en malmdøbefont fra samme tid". [NB: the metal of the font is described variously in different sources: cast iron or bronze].
