The present font in this church is modern, from the 1835 church and made of wood. The entry for this church in the Swedish Wikipedia [https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stamnareds_kyrka] [ accessed 12 April 2026] informs about the new modern font and the destruction of the medieval one in the 1915 fire: "Dopfunten är även den från den gamla kyrkan, den är tillverkad i trä och texten "Låten barnen komma till mig och förmener dem icke, ty sådana hörer Guds rike till Luce 18:16" står skriven runt den. Den medeltida dopfunten förstördes vid branden 1915."
