The German Wikipedia entry for this chapel [https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kapelle_St._Wolfgang_(Lindau)] [accessed 15 March 2026] informs that it serves the Protestant community as a winter church and for concerts, baptisms and weddings: "Die Kapelle dient heute der evangelischen Gemeinde als Winterkirche und für Konzerte, Taufen und Hochzeiten." The baptismal font in use is modern, illustrated in Orgel Verzeichnis [https://orgel-verzeichnis.de/lindau-bodensee-rickenbach-kapelle-st-wolfgang/] [accessed 15 March 2026]: a round shallow metal bowl raised on a slender metal base, all very modern in design. [NB: we have no information on the font of the medieval chapel here].
