The entry for this church in Die Kirchen in der Prot. Pfarrei RHODT unter Rietburg [http://www.rhodt-suew.de/kirchen.htm] [accessed 9 March 2026] reports a baptismal font of 1619 still in use: "Im Jahre 1619 erhielt die Kirche den schön gezierten Taufstein, der noch heute seine Funktion erfüllt." The entry for this church in KuLaDig [kuladig-KLD-344092.pdf] [accessed 9 March 2026] reports a baptismal font of 1619 and its metal basin of 1729: "der Taufstein von 1619 sowie das ihn deckende Zinnbecken mit der Jahreszahl 1729".
A communication to BSI from Pol Herman (e-mail of 3 November 2025) informs: "Rhodt unter Rietburg, evangelische Sankt Georgskirche, baptismal font 1619. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhodt_unter_Rietburg -- https://www.kuladig.de/Objektansicht/KLD-344092 -- 1619 entstand der Taufstein. Nach Otto Böcher ist der jeweils in ein frei schwebendes Blatt gebettete Gegenstand der Kuppadekoration als Siegelring zu deuten."
