Er wurde zwischen 1620 und 1650 aus heimischen Burgsandstein angefertigt."
A communication to BSI from Pol Herman (e-mail of 27 November 2025) informs: "Before the reformation : Sankt Jakobskirche. The present church was built in 1722. "Im Zentrum des Gotteshauses steht der Taufstein, der wohl zuvor in der Sankt Jakobskirche stand. Er wurde zwischen 1620 und 1650 aus heimischen Burgsandstein angefertigt."
