The entry for this church in the Enciclopedia del románico [https://www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/burgos_MUNILLA_DE_HOZ.pdf] [accessed 10 December 2025] mentions the location of the font in the baptistery chapel inside the building but gives no information on it: "Hacia el oeste se adosó una estancia rectangular, cubierta con cielo raso, que alberga la pila bautismal. El acceso a esta capilla bautismal se realizaba a través de un arco de medio punto desde el segundo tramo de la nave, aunque al cegarse éste en época imprecisa se practicó un acceso con vano adintelado desde la capilla."
