Baptismal font and its cover listed and illustrated in BALaT KIK-IRPA [https://balat.kikirpa.be/object/25440] [accessed 29 November 2025]: "doopvont [...] Date: 1701 - 1900 [...] koper, marmer [...] hoogte: 156 cm; hoogte zonder deksel: 107cm".
A comunication from Pol Herman (e-mail of 28 November 2025) notes that almost identical baptismal fonts stand in the village churches of Aspelare, Elene, Meerbeke, Sint-Antelinks, Borchtlombeek, Sint-Goriks-Oudenhove and Pamel, all of them in the same area. There must have been a local workshop at that time.
