Baptismal font consisting of a goblet-shaped basin decorated with three rows of rectangular windows containing a geometric reticular pattern inside; raised on a round to square base that appears to be of a different stone and perhaps period. It is obviously older than the church itself, wgich was consecrated in 1971, but we have no information on the original church it came from. There are several areas of damage and repairs, especially in the upper parts of the basin [NB: Burgos is one of the regions with the largest number of abandoned or ruined churches in Spain, and the 're-cycling' of old liturgical furnishings in modern churches appears to be a common practice].
