A medieval font from an unknown/undisclosed original church was installed in the new Iglesia Parroquial de Juan Pablo II inaugurated in Burgos capital in 2022. Only the basin of the original fhe font has been installed inside the church, raised on a modern metal structure as base; the original basi is shown outside in the garden area of the church. Baptismal font described and illustrated by Pedro Lozano Huerta in Facebook [https://www.facebook.com/groups/romanicodelnorte/posts/10163014760434801/] [accessed 10 November 2025]: "Iglesia de San Juan Pablo II- Burgos- Pila bautismal románica.
