The entry for this church in the German Wikipedia [https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evangelische_Kirche_Horn] [accessed 9 November 2025] notes and illustrates a baptismal font from 1589 modeled after the one in the Church of the Redeemer in Detmold and, like that one, bearing the inscription on the inserted metal bowl: “Through the bath of the water spout and the foretaste of the Holy Spirit, the holy ones were baptized, but through us through Jesus Christ, our Savior” (Titus 3:5–6): "Ein Taufstein von 1589 ist dem Vorbild in der Detmolder Erlöserkirche nachempfunden und enthält wie dieser an der eingesetzten Metallschale die Inschrift „Dorch dat Badt der Weddergebordt unde Vormiinge des Hilligen Gestes, den He rickliken uthgegraten heft aver uns dorch Jesum Christum, unsen Heilandt“ (Titus 3, Vers 5–6)."
