The pulpit was donated, and the font made from Threlkeld granite by a local man, Mr Knight." The entry for this church in Historic England [Listing NGR: NY3218225352] mentions neither a pre-1777 church or a font. In 1911 the church was restored, notably the flooring and interior woodwork. Local materials from Threlkeld Quarry were used for the floor tiles. The pulpit was donated. The font was made of Threlkeld granite by a local man."
