The entry for this church in the German Wikipedia [https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mariä-Himmelfahrts-Kirche_(Zülz)] [accessed 18 January 2025] reports a former cylindrical baptismal font made of grey marble in the 16th century, re-purposed as holy-water stoup; the sides are decorated with images of the Evangelists ["Das ehemalige Taufbecken in zylindrischer Form aus grauem Marmor wird heute als Weihwasserbecken genutzt. Das Weihwasserbecken stammt aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und besitzt ein Flachrelief der Evangelisten.']
