Listed in Mackeprang (1941) as a baptismal font of granite in the Salling group. Described in LEX Danmarks Nationallexikon [https://lex.dk/Bejstrup_Kirke] [accessed 3 December 2024]: "Døbefont fra romansk tid. Kirkens ældste inventarstykke er den romanske døbefont af granit. Den er udsmykket med rundstave, dvs. profilerede bånd, på både kummen og foden." The font consists of a roughly hemispherical basin decorated with a parallel moulding below the rim, raised on a round-to-square base decorated with a single roll moulding on it; there is a single drilled hole in the upper rim, perhaps intended to secure a cover.
