The present baptismal font in this church is listed and illustrated in BALaT KIK-IRPA [https://balat.kikirpa.be/object/20770] [accessed 28 September 2024]: "doopvont [...] Date: 1791 - 1800 [...] hoogte: 106 cm". A head fragment built into an externall wall is listed in BALaT KIK-IRPA [https://balat.kikirpa.be/object/20837] [accessed 28 September 2024]: "reliëf [beeldhouwwerk] [...] zandsteen [...] Date: 1201 - 1300 [...] afk. van doopvont [...] tegen muur van zijbeuk noord". The presence of a baptismal font fragment now wall-mounted on the exterior sacristy wall of this church is noted and illustrated in the Beheersplan Sint-Laurentiuskerk Molenbeek (2019) [Beheersplan_Sint_Laurentius_corpus.pdf] [accessed 28 September 2024]; it is identified in this source as being a human head fragment from an earlier baptismal font of 1201-1300 in this church: "Het hoofdje, verwerkt in de gevelaankleding van de muur van de noordelijke sacristie, zou afkomstig zijn van een ouder doopvont en dateert volgens het KIK73 uit de periode 1201-1300." This fragment is also noted in the Inventaris Onroerend Erfgoed [https://inventaris.onroerenderfgoed.be/erfgoedobjecten/41494] [accessed 28 September 2024]: "Gebeeldhouwd hoofd, herkomstig van een vroegere doopvont(?), in de noordelijke buitenmuur".
