The entry for this church in the Kirchengemeindelexikon [https://kirchengemeindelexikon.de/einzelgemeinde/fuhlen/] [accessed 15 September 2024] reports a Romanesque baptismal font in it ["ein romanischer Taufstein"]. Noted and illustrated in the Kirchengemeinde Fuhlen [https://www.kirche-fuhlen.de/kirche-kapelle/kirche-zu-fuhlen/der-taufstein] [accessed 15 September 2024] as a font from the late-16th century, ca. 1586, and mentions the presence of the twelve Apsostles, the symbols of the four Evangelists, angel heads, etc., on it: "Der 1,06 m hohe Taufstein stammt aus dem Ende des 16. Jahrhunderts (ca. 1586), ist im Achteck angelegt, mit Nischenwerk, Engelsköpfchen und Masken geschmückte Sakralraumskulptur, zeigt an den Seitenflächen des von den vier Evangelistensymbolen getragenen Beckens die Reihe der 12 Apostel und wurde aus Sandstein gefertigt."
