Illustrated in Corblet (1881-1882: v. 2: 149). As depicted in Corblet, the basin has an upper square surface trimmed at the cornes where the heads appear [it is not clear from the drawing whether there are four heads or just two, at the front]; the basin sides and underbowl are rounded, but appear to continue the octagonal shape of the upper surface; the pedestal of the base is a round shaft.
