The entry for this church in the Förderverein für Kirche und Dorf Görne [https://www.kirche-görne.de/kirche.htm] [accessed 16 June 2024] mentions a wooden baptismal font of the 17th century bearing an inscription from Luke 18, 16; the baptismal dish in use was made of pewter in 1707 ["Die schöne Holztaufe, die beim Betreten der Kirche sofort ins Auge fällt, stammt aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Dieses achteckige Werk wird durch ein Ornament geschmückt. Eine Umschrift au ihr lautet „Lasset die Kindlein zu mir kommen wehret ihnen nicht denn solcher ist das Recht Gottes”. Die darunter liegende zinnerne Taufschale träh die Jahreszahl 1707"].
