The entry for this church in Seelsorgeeinheit Blautal [https://se-blautal.drs.de/st-martinus-dietingen-markbronn/historie.html] [accessed 24 May 2024] describes an impressive dodecagonal baptismal font of 1426, decorated with, among others, Christ's head, animals [deer?]. foliage and an inscription with the name of Ulricus Binder, a 15th-century Württemberg feudal lord(?) of Dietingen and Markbronn ["Eindrucksvoll stellt sich der Taufstein dar, der auf 1426 datiert wird. Er hat die Form eines zwölfeckigen Kelchs, verziert mit Christuskopf, Hirschen und Blattwerk. Er trägt den Namen des Stifters (?) Ulricus Binder, eines im 15. Jahrhundert wiederholt urkundlich bezeugten württembergischen Lehensmanns in Dietingen und Markbronn"].
