A communication to BSI by Pol Herman (e-mail of 30 April 2024) notes and illustrates a possible baptismal font re-purposed as centrepiece of the new abbey courtyard fountain: "An object about which I cannot find any information is a fountain in the [...] abbey of Orval. It is said to be a converted Romanesque baptismal font. The heads, however, appear Gothic."
