The Katholische Kirche Steiermark site [https://www.katholische-kirche-teiermark.at/goto/instvisitenkarte/1174/Pfarre_Neumarkt_in_Steiermark] [accessed 23 April 2024] mentions a baptismal font of the 16th century in this church ["Der Taufstein stammt aus dem 16. Jh."] The font consists of a large roughly hemispherical basin with heads set at 90-degree angles, some(?) of them damaged; the sten of the base is octagonal and plain; the squat lower base is square and moulded; quadrangular plinth with rectangular extension [NB: the impression the font gives is that of a composite object, parts of it perhaps medieval]
