Baptismal font made of stone in the early-16th century located in the baptistery chapel, listed in Palissy [ref.: PM70000815]: "Fonts baptismaux [...] 1er quart 16e siècle [...] Chapelle des fonts baptismaux". The entry for this church in the Jonvelle site [https://sites.google.com/site/museejonvelle/jonvelle/richesses-architecturales/léglise/une-architecture-originale] [accessed 2 April 2024] reports a 17th-century baptismal font in the Chapelle du Rosaire ["Chapelle du Rosaire sous le clocher. Elle accueille les fonts baptismaux et date de 1635 [...]
La cuve baptismale en pierre date du XVIIème siècle". The font consists of an octagonal basin with some of its sidess decorated with deeply-carved niches separated by patterned columns (at least one of the sides is plain, never carved); raised on a square pedestal base with four clustered colonnettes, the lower base moulded and also square. Plain wooden cover, round and flat.
