Baptismal font listed and illustrated in BALaT KIK-IRPA [https://balat.kikirpa.be/object/65395] [accessed 21 January 2024]: "doopvont [...] Date: 1401 - 1500 [...] hoogte: 99 cm [...] XVe; deksel: e.XIXe" The basin is decorate with four tub-like know protrussions set at 90-degree angles of the upper rim, which bear the symbols of the Four Evangelists atop; plain round stem; the polygonal lower base has a ribbed pattern all around.
Communications to BSI from Pol Herman (e-mails of 30 July, 1 August 2023 and 21 January 2024) Note: "The 15th century baptismal font carries a 19th century brass lid. The font consists of an octagonal ribbed base, a round column shaft, a round tub with four round bulges on which the symbols of the four evangelists are sculpted. Two symbols of evangelists are no longer recognizable due to the insertion of an iron hook that was used to attach an older lid [...] I think now that this is a 12th century font from the same type as Soulme and Daussois."
