The font consists of a cylindrical basin decorated with oval and round cartouches that alternate with emblems and coats of arms, between thin horizontal mouldings; around the lower basin end or underbowl is a wreathlike moulding all around; raised on a round pedestal base with similar decoration; the whole font is brightly painted and gilded.
