The entry for this church in TRÉSORS DU MOYEN ÂGE. Patrimoines médiévaux en Pays d'art et d'histoire Loire Touraine [https://www.paysloiretouraine.fr/app/uploads/2022/11/2210TresorsMoyenAgePAH-1.pdf] [accessed 27 December 2023] describes and illustrates the basin of a medieval font located in the sacristy of this church; the basin is roughly hemispherical, decorated on the sides with a deeply-carved blind arcade of round arches on columns with capitals and bases ["Aujourd'hui déposés dans la sacristie, ces anciens fonts baptismaux, constitués d’une cuve circulaire en pierre, datent du milieu du Moyen Âge. Un décor d’arcades en plein cintre reposant sur des colonnes à chapiteaux doriques court autour de la cuve"]. The baptismal font here is listed in Region Centre-Val de Loire [https://patrimoine.centre-valdeloire.fr › pdf] but the link is broken and we are unable to access the content: "Château-Renault.
