Church Notes: Gothic 13thC church built by the Knights Hospitaller of St. John; modified 16th; restored 1856 [NB: an earlier church, now 'Chapelle de Trieu', exists still in the village]
Baptismal font listed in Palissy [ref.: PM59004556]: "Fonts baptismaux en pierre grise de Soignies [...] 17e siècle [...] H = 110". The moulded basin appears hexagonal, raised on an octagonal pedestal base adorned with multiple mouldings. No cover present.
