The font in this church is modern, probably of the date of its re-building in 1899, but a fragment of a 14th-century baptismal font ["ein Taufsteinfragment aus dem 14. Jh."] is reported in this 19th-century church [https://sonderthemen.flz.de/gemeinde-diebach-september-2021/lokales/freizeit-und-erholung-148364] [accessed 3 March 2023]. The fragment is large, almost a complete octagonal basi, now raised on a modern pedestal base and located in the chancel, south side.
