The entry for this church in the German Wikipedia [https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dorfkirche_Steinhagen_(Vorpommern)] [accessed 5 December 2023] mentions a baptismal font made of granite in the 13th century in it ["Das Taufbecken aus Granit stammt aus dem 13. Jahrhundert"]. The font consists of an octagonal basin with plain sides chamfered around the bottom; raised on a moulded octagonal pedestal base. No cover present but one of the sides of the basin shows evidence of an anchoring spot for an old cover lock.
