A post-Reformation metal font is reported as having disappeared in Pauline van Kempen's article Zuurdijk zoekt zijn doopvont, in the 20 October 2016 edition of Dagblad Noorden [https://zuurdiek.nl/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/doopvontzuurdijk.jpg] [accessed 2 December 2023]; the inventory of the 1970s listed the post-Reformation font but no one seems to have seen it since.
