The entry for this church in Denkmale in der Stadt Jülich, Nr. 66, Kath. Pfarrkirche St. Martinus in Jülich - Barmen [http://www.limburg-bernd.de/Dueren/DenkJue/Nr. 66.htm] [accessed 28 November 2023], however, reports two fonts here: the one inside the church, probably of the 18th century; on older one Romanesque, located outside, in front of the church ["vor der Kirche romanischer Taufstein. Das Taufbecken in der Kirche ist wahrscheinlich aus dem 18. Jahrhundert"]. The YouTube video Jülich-Barmen (D), kath. Kirche St.Martinus - Vollgeläut (Anläuten) by Engerlingraucher [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXSw_do3Me8] [accessed 28 November 2023] gives 1703 as the date for the font in use inside the church ["Neben dem Marienaltar befindet sich im übrigen noch ein barockes Taufbecken aus dem Jahr 1703"].
