The entry for this church in the Onroerend Erfgoed [https://inventaris.onroerenderfgoed.be/erfgoedobjecten/40336] [accessed 22 November 2023] mentions no font in it. A baptismal font made of limestone in the 16th century is listed but not illustrated in BALaT LIL-IRPA [https://balat.kikirpa.be/object/29738] [accessed 22 November 2023]. A communication to BSI from Pol Herman (e-mail of 30 December 2022) refers to a description of the font here in Maurice Cochez, De Sint-Martinuskerk te Pepingen, (Pepingen: 1992), p. 17, of which he translates: "It is a one of a kind combination of limestone and brass. The basin is a unusual, limestone, hexagonal, renaissance, Hainaut-type basin. The hexagonal column is in brass, and is supported by 3 lions. A special limestone base [i.e., plinth] supports the font. The brass lid is made of individual panels, soldered together with tin."
