The entry for this church in Pfarrbereich Eckartsberga und Umgebung [https://www.pfarreebg.de/willkommen-in-den-kirchengemeinden/spielberg-zaeckwar-benndorf/] [accessed 9 November 2023] mentions a round trough on a thick shaft from the first chapel, somehwre between 1050 and 1250 ["Wenn die Granzkörpertaufe (Taufstein) nach Bergner „ein roher, runder Trog auf dickem Schaft von der ersten Kapelle oder Kirche stammt, muss Zäckwar schon zur Zeit des romanischen Stils (1050 bis 1150 – Übergangszeit bis 1250) eine Kapelle gehabt haben"]
