The entry for this church in PhotosEglises [http://photos-eglises.fr/Bourgogne/71/Dettey/dettey.htm] [accessed 6 November 2023] shows two stone objects of our interest, one built into the wall, the other standing by the side of the confessional; the caption that accompanies the photographs is rather confusing. One of the objects is a monolithic vessel of square tapering shape with chamfered corners, otherwise plain, standing by the confessional; no cover present but the upper rim has evidence of anchorings for a cover. The other, the one built into the west wall, appears to be a plain basin above which are a set of double doors; perhaps this object is the one labelled "fonts baptismaux" in the caption.
