The entry for this church in Memoires Vivantes [http://www.memoiresvivantes.org/photo_quarre/eglise_bapteme.jpg] [accessed 9 October 2023] noted and illustrates a font inside ["la tourelle norf dont la base sert de chapelle aus fonds [sic] baptismaux"]. The illustration shows a font consisting of a square basin with plain sides and chamferred corners, on a pedestal base of the same shape but conceve sides down to a short square lower base or plinth. A stone font in the tower space is noted in Le Morvan [https://www.le-morvan.fr/tourisme-morvan-avallon] [accessed 9 October 2023] ["La tourelle nord, date de 1850, fut entièrement restaurée en 2011, elle est occupée à sa base par les fonts baptismaux dont la cuve est en pierre."] The entry for this church in Les Amis de l'Eglise Saint Georges de Quarré-les-Tombes [https://www.intramuros.org/quarrelestombes/associations/187467] [accessed 9 October 2023] mentions many renovations carried out since 2008 inside the church, among them "la rénovation des fonts baptismaux".
