A communication to BSI from Pol Herman (e-mail of 20 November 2022) informs of two sources for details of this former parish church: the Erfgoedobject site [https://inventaris.onroerenderfgoed.be/erfgoedobjecten/8378 [accessed 5 October 2023] and the Wikipedia entry for Hunnegem [https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunnegem] [accessed 5 October 2023]. Neither of them mentions the baptismal font that must have existed in it: "David Larmuseau, author of the book “Hunnegem, het kloppende hart van Geraardsbergen”, is of the opinion that there must have been a baptismal font at the church of Hunnegem. Of which no trace has been found yet."
