Erbaut wurde die gotische Pfarrkirche in der Zeit von 1330 bis 1360 und 1473 erfolgte die Erweiterung zur Wehrkirche. Etwas Besonderes sind der gotische Chor sowie die berühmten Maßwerkfenster mit Glasmalereien aus dem 14. und 15. Jahrhundert und der abseits stehende Glockenturm"

Font Notes:
Dodecagonal baptismal font made of reddish marble probably in the 15th century; the sides are slightly convex and there are a few parallel mouldings on the font. The wooden cover is modern, of two levels, dodecagonal below, hexagonal atop; crown and Latin cross finial.
