The entry for this church in the Kirchgemeinde Döben-Höfgen, Nerchau [http://www.kirche-hoefgen.de/02_kgdh/kidoe.php] [accessed 10 August 2023] describes two baptismal fonts in it; of the two one, the oldest, is noted as having been relegated to the vicarage garden for a long time, but it has been restored to the inside of the church and to its sacramental funtion ["Alter Taufstein - romanisch, gehauen aus einem Findling. Am oberen Rand ist als einzige Verzierung ein gewölbter Bord aus dem Stein geschlagen. Er stand lange Zeit im Garten des Pfarrhauses, heute hat er seinen Platz wieder in der Kirche und wird zu Taufen benutzt."]; the only decoration is a pronounced roll moulding at the upper rim.
