The Wikipedia entry for Kloster Walkenried [https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kloster_Walkenried] [accessed 29 August 2023] mentions a baptismal font here that had been cast in bronze ca. 1220; it was later moved to Salzdahlum, in Brunswick, in the 18th century, its trail subsequently lost ["Der um 1220 gegossene Bronzebrunnen ist nicht mehr erhalten. Nachdem er im 18. Jahrhundert von den Landesherren nach Salzdahlum bei Braunschweig verbracht wurde, verliert sich die Spur"].
