The octagonal font bears the coats of arms of a pastor and his wife ["spätgotischer Taufstein mit dem Wappen von Pfarrer Johann Rudolf Kyburz und seiner Gattin Katharina Salome Lupicius"], as identified in the diemtigtal.webschiff [https://diemtigtal.webschiff.ch/vorderes-tal/i/66333044/copy-church] [accessed 1 August 2023]. The font consists of an octagonal basin moulded at the upper rim, bearing the arms of a pastor and his wife [cf. supra]; on an octagonal-to-square pedestal base. Wooden cover, octagonal and flat, with moulded sides; modern.
