The entry for this church in Wikipedia [https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirche_Medow] [accessed 25 July 2023] notes and illustrates a baptismal font and holy-water stoup basins were discovered built into the outer east wall during the 1900 renovations of the church ["Im unteren Teil der Ostwand sind ein Weihwasserbecken und die Kuppa eines mittelalterlichen Taufsteines eingemauert."] The larger vessel, which appears to be made of granite, is roughly circular and has no drain hole in it, nor does it have any decoration on the visible part; the stoup is much smaller and irregular in shape, and of a darker stone.
