The entry for this church in Alpbachtal Tourismus [https://www.alpbachtal.at/de/info-und-service/alpbachtal-a-z/Pfarrkirche-St.Petrus_isd_39253] [accessed 29 April 2023] reports a late-Gothic baptismal font from the earlier church here: "Vom alten Gotteshaus ist der gotische Taufstein aus rotem Marmor erhalten". The font consists of an octagonal basin decorated with tracery all around, the lower part ending in a scotia and torus; the broad pedestal base, of the same material, also decorated with Gothic tracery. Flat metal cover with figural finial atop.
