Scene Description: Source caption: "Portada de Nuestra Señora de la Granada [...] La iglesia parroquial de Llerena (Badajoz) es más conocida por su gran torre mudéjar pero esta Puerta del Perdón, no visible desde la Plaza Mayor, es de lo poco que queda original del siglo XIV. Es de estilo gótico con arquivoltas apuntadas, de las cuales una está labrada con leones."

Baptismal font of extremely crude decoration; it consists of a roughly hemispheric basin with a crenellated basin below geometric motifs around the upper rim; the sides and underbowl have human bodies, busts and heads, as well as foliage motifs, rendered and painted; more bodies on the stem [are they putti?]; on a round-to-square lower base decorated with large leaves set at 90-degree angles.
