The entry for this church in the Reformierte Kirchen im Aargau [https://www.ref-kirchen-ag.ch/kirchen/egliswil] [accessed 1 April 2023] reports two baptismal fonts here: one inside the church, another outside, on the north side; according to this source both fonts are used for baptisms, the one outside chiefly in the summer. The font now inside the church was originally from the parish church of nearby Seengen; when the Seengen old church was demolished its font was brought over to Egliswill. [NB: we have no information on the font now outside the church]
