There is no mention of a font in the entry for this late-Romanesque/early-Gothic church in the Enciclopedia del romanico [https://www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/alava_MIÑAO_MIÑANO_MAYOR.pdf] [accessed 25 March 2023]. The baptismal font consists of a roughly hemispherical basin, raised on a short cylindrical base; both pieces devoid of any ornament. There is no cover present but the basin has two anchoring metal staples for an old cover.
