Noted in Hans-H. Hartmann [https://www.hna.de/lokales/rotenburg-bebra/wohnzimmer-gemeinde-2738475.html] [accessed 16 December 2022] as a late-Gothic baptismal font made of sandstone ca. 1510; the octagonal basin has rounded sides and underbowl decorated with tracery in the form of large quatrefoils inscribed in rounded frames; two of the quatrefoils have shields charged with the Mansbach family coat of arms in them; the stem and lower base are also octagonal and decorated with arches/windows on the upper part and multiple stops on the moulded lower base. The plain low-dome metal font cover appears modern.
