Noted and illustrated in Martin Nicoly's Aufzeichnungen des Pfarrers Wolfgang Ammon des Jüngeren, geb. am 7. 1. 1572 zu Dinkelsbühl - am 22. 9. 1634 zu Marktbreit [http://nicoly.de/ammon/ammon.htm] [accessed 10 November 2022].. Baptismal font of stone consisting of an octagonal basin with a rounded underbowl, raised on a round pedestal base; the basin sides are decorated with coats of arms and foliage (?) motifs, and has a running inscription carved below the upper rim; the underbowl is covered in foliage motifs; the round pedestal base is moulde, decorated with foliage and geometric patterns. The baptismal font, located in the chancel, was donated to the church in 1569, as attested by the inscription. The font cover is octagonal, flat and plain; appears modern.
