Baptismal font noted and illustrated in the Kirchegemeinde Nordstrand [http://www.kirche-nordstrand.de/Kirche/Rundgang/] [accesse 3 November 2022] as a font of octagonal design made of Namur 'marble' imported from Belgium in the 15th century; there had been an old silver baptismal dish in the shape of a deep plate, which was donated by the pastor's daughter Elsabe Harsen, who died in 1737, but it was stolen in 1966; a pewter dish was used from 1966 to 1998, that was replaced by one made of bronze designed by Ulrich Lindow, of Schobüll: "Der Taufstein aus Namurer Marmor ist im 15. No entry found for Odenbüll in BALaT KIK-IRPA [accessed 3 November 2022]. A communication from Pol Herman to BSI (e-mail of 12 July 2022) comments: "My estimate of the date : late 15th century or early 16th century. I do not observe any typical feature of a Mosan (Namurer Marmor) font. It seems more like a limestone font of the Hainaut type, late gothic in style, renaissance in date. A typical example is Ecaussinnes, église Saint-Aldegonde. A similar one found at Bordelum"
