The Städel Museum [https://sammlung.staedelmuseum.de/de/werk/der-im-schloss-scheuern-bewahrte-taufstein-des-klosters-arns] [accessed 31 October 2022] has a second [cf. BSI entry for Nassau an der Lahn] drawing dated 12 July 1867 drawing [inv. no.: 10757] of a basin by Karl Theodor Reiffenstein captioned "Der im Schloss Scheuern bewahrte Taufstein des Klosters Arnstein, 12. Juli 1867"; was this also a font from the Arnstein monastery? the basin appears medieval and is in a sorry state, badly damaged and obviously not in use as it was [NB: the Premonstratensian monastery at Arnstein was founded in 1139; it was dissolved in 1803]. [NB: we have no information on the present whereabouts of this object]
