Nachdem das Taufbecken als Blumenkübel im Pfarrgarten verwendet worden war, wurde es im Jahr 1954 mit einem neuen Fuß versehen und wieder in der Kirche aufgestellt. Inschrift A verläuft unterhalb des Beckenrandes. Die Jahreszahl B in einem der acht Segmente der Beckenwandung in einer zweiten Zeile darunter. Im Segment daneben die Inschrift C. Alle Inschriften sind erhaben in vertiefter Zeile ausgeführt. Maße: H.: 89,5 cm; Dm.: 58,5 cm; Bu.: 3,5 cm (A, B), 3,7 cm (C)."
