Baptismal font noted and illustrated in the entry for this church in Open Churches [https://openchurches.eu/fr/edifices/saint-paul-clairfayts-ndf] [accessed 16 October 2022]: "Les fonts de Clairfayts sont en pierre grise du pays et portent sur le pied la date 1521." The font consists of an octagonal basin decorated with graded mouldings, raised on a slender stem also de corated with multiple mouldings, and an octagonal-to-square lower base with an inscription that dates the font to 1521. Metal font cover of moulded sides.
