The entry for this church in Outdooractive [https://www.outdooractive.com/de/poi/niederrhein/wallfahrtskirche-st.-mariae-himmelfahrt-ginderich/13138960/] [accessed 13 October 2022] reports a baptismal font of ca. 1470-1480 decorated with patterns and scenes of the Vita Chrsti:
"Neben der Sitzmadonna ist der nahezu vollständig original erhaltene Taufstein aus der Zeit um 1470/80 beachtenswert. Das mit quadratischen Feldern versehene Becken ist abwechselnd mit figürlichen Reliefs und Maßwerkblenden versehen. Sie zeigen verschiedene Ausschnitte aus dem Leben Jesu Christi." [NB: only a partial image of the basin accessible for now; shows tracery; some of the Vita Christi scenes in little squares, as on the fonts at Dornick and Huisberden [cf. BSI entries]]. An article in the 8 November 2019 edition of RP-Online [https://rp-online.de/nrw/staedte/kleve/das-taufbecken-aus-st-peter-huisberden-stammt-aus-dem-15-jahrhundert_aid-47016201] [accessed 13 October 2022] notes and illustrates the 15th-century baptismal font in the Roman Catholic Parish Church at Huisberden, and notes its similarity with those a Ginderich and Dornick.
